1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of products offered by Absolut Ibiza through its website absolutibz.com. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Products and Prices

Characteristics: Absolut Ibiza garments are handcrafted. Due to this process, slight variations in color or fabric may occur, giving each piece a unique character.

Prices: All prices are shown on the website and include the applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations. The prices shown do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount in the order summary before confirming payment.

Availability: If a product is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed immediately and offered a refund or an exchange for another item.
3. Purchase and Payment Process

Registration: The customer must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues.

Payment methods: The payment methods indicated in the checkout are accepted.

Security: Banking data is transmitted in encrypted form through third-party technology platforms that guarantee full payment security.
4. Shipping and Logistics

Origin: All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza.

Coverage: We ship internationally.

Shipping costs: The shipping cost is calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Customs: For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be generated in the destination country.
- Delivery time: 1–7 days for Spain. 7–20 days international. Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Deadline: The customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and verification of the product in our warehouse.

Conditions: The garment must be in perfect condition, unused, and must retain all original tags.

Return costs: Shipping costs for sending the product back to our facilities are borne by the customer.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear, swimwear (if the protective seal has been removed), earrings, or custom-made items made to order.
6. Warranty
All our products come with the legal warranty in force in Spain for consumer goods. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not natural wear and tear from use or improper care of delicate garments.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
